Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured and a “Certificate of Insurance” will be issued prior to the start of any project.
Q: Who does the work?
A: We do. Since we are totally committed to the quality of our
work, our skilled professionals take care of everything from start to
finish. We do not use subcontractors and we hire only qualified
personnel. We take pride in the quality of our employees and their
workmanship.
Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?
A: Stried Painting, Inc. provides a 2 year limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction long after the job is done.
Q: What brands of paint do you use?
A: Stried Painting, Inc. uses the highest quality materials. We
use preferred brands such as Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore and
Glidden.
Q: What do I have to do to get ready for painters?
A: Stried Painting, Inc. staff are happy to move/prepare all
work areas for the project scheduled, as long as advance notice has been
given at time of estimate. Items that a client would prefer Stried
Painting, Inc. staff not handle, should be moved prior to our arrival.
Q: What kind of surface preparation is done before painting?
A: For exterior jobs, surfaces are pressure washed; all
caulking is checked prior to painting and replaced as needed. All areas
are primed as needed prior to application of the finish coat of paint.
For interior jobs, small holes are patched, and sanded. Major drywall
repairs can be done, however an extra charge may apply. Also, caulking
and priming are done as needed.
